Shame ...

“Shame is the birthplace of perfectionism.” Brené Brown. Shame brings resistance to our evolution, as the world can see us as imperfect as we are. To be accepted is to understand the each version of ourselves are necessary; even the ones we are unsure of or a worth saving. Some of these pieces of ourselves learn to survive in different cycles. To survive, to reflect the lack of boundaries, self-recognition and awareness. We wind up becoming a prisoner to our own story and the self judgment begins which keeps us stuck, feeling guilty and shameful. As each cycle ends a new version is reborn. A version with an open heart to cultivate authenticity, compassion, forgives , and boundaries. To bring harmony in integration of who we where and who we are. Awareness brings freedom. The kind of freedom that brings Unconditional Love
