Invitation to Our Narcissistic Relationship Recovery Book Club

I am writing to invite you to join our Book Club, created to support individuals who have experienced narcissistic relationship dynamics. These dynamics can occur within families, friendships, and intimate partnerships.

The purpose of this book club is to provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can learn to identify narcissistic patterns, develop awareness, and gain practical tools for healing and self-support. It is also an opportunity to connect with others and engage in meaningful discussions about recovery and personal growth.

During our gathering, we will:

• Discuss the book and its key topics

• Participate in therapeutic discussions co-led by a therapist who specializes in narcissistic relationships

• Practice grounding and mindfulness exercises

• Experience meditation and a sound bath

• Share in a circle of gratitude
