A Journey To Self Care

Join Sri and Faviela for a night devoted to pouring back into you as we take you on a journey through deep self care. We will begin our experience with a guided meditation and journaling infused with sound healing drawing awareness and energy to your sacral and solar plexus. Following we’ll move through a gentle yoga flow focusing on hip openers and core activation allowing effortless energy to flow through you. We’ll end our session with a soothing sound bath infused with reiki energy cleansing uniting all the self-care tools we used leaving you feeling more open and grounded. Please bring a journal, pen, and anything that makes you feel comfortable.
